In-Demand Jobs Survey Offers Chance to Elevate Aging Services, Survey Closes September 30

The Governor’s Office of Workforce Transformation has launched an In-Demand Jobs Survey so that businesses can provide more insight to Ohio’s workforce needs. LeadingAge Ohio is asking as many members as possible to complete the survey before the window closes on Monday, September 30. This survey will form the basis for future state decisions on workforce focus, and we want our sector to feature prominently.

One person from an organization can complete the survey. Your federal tax ID number (FEIN#) is required. The survey asks that you create an individual job forecast for the job titles your organization intends to hire in the next 1 – 5 years.  You may forecast all job titles you intend to hire or only those most in-demand at your organization.

You will be given a drop down list of options.  Below are the codes we’d suggest you use so that our responses are as uniform by position as possible for maximum effect. At a minimum, we suggest that the first three job titles below be included in your response.

31-1014.00 CNA/Nursing Assistant

29-2061.00 LPN

29-1141.00 RN

35-2012.00 Dietary Cook

35-3041.00 Dietary aide

37-2012.00 Housekeeper

39-9032.00 Activity assistant

37-2012.00 Laundry aide

31-1011.00 Home Health Aide

39-9021.00 Personal Care Aide
